The GOTM Debutante Ball Cotillion Program comprises workshops and community service projects that teach necessary life skills such as financial literacy and leadership. In addition, the program addresses some of the current challenges young girls face today, including mental health, self-esteem, social media, and cyberbullying. These programs are all developed to help the girls become confident and impactful community servant leaders, culminating in a beautiful and sophisticated cotillion ball where each young lady is presented to a community of family and peers.
